Open Question: what’s the best type of HDTV to get?
Tuesday, May 27th, 2008I want to get a new large TV, like over 60″ in size. The plasma & LCD ones are VERY expensive compared to the rear-projection ones. There is plenty of room where I plan to put it, so there is not a space restriction that woudl benefit a flat panel vs. the projection. Only downside I’ve heard is that you have to replace the bulbs on them? Is that true? Are there other disadvantages of projection that make plasma or lcd worth the extra cost?
